The structure consists of five levels above ground ($G+5$), housing a total of ten high-quality apartments. Each unit is meticulously designed with a 2+1 layout, featuring two bathrooms, a dedicated kitchen, and a spacious living area.

Our comprehensive scope of work included all structural reinforcement, concrete columns, slabs, and beams, as well as complex wall masonry and internal partitioning. To ensure long-term functionality for all ten families, our team managed full MEP coordination for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
